Monthly Service

The goal during the initial visit, or “cleanout”, is to flush out all potential home invaders from their harborage areas and provide significant knockdown of insect populations. A second power spray or increased bait treatments may be needed on subsequent monthly visits to provide desired results.

Interior treatments will not be needed on every service. Chemical breakdown is less severe than it is in outside weather conditions. Inspections and/or treatments can be provided if the customer is present and requests such. On services when the inside is not treated, we will provide extra protection to the outside of your residence by either power-spraying or using extra granular baits to outlying areas. Emergency service requests (ESR’s) are provided to monthly customers at no charge.
